Instead, here is the run down:
Three hours
Three baths
Five pairs of pajamas
Five sheets
Four blankets
Two pillows (after two we didn't put another one in there with her)
Four stuffed animals
Countless tears
Lots of rocking
Three very tired people
This is only the third episode of throwing up she has ever had. So it's still shocking and scary when it happens. The only thing we can figure is it was something she ate. She has had hummus numerous times but we made our own hummus yesterday and she ate some for dinner. We assume it was that and therefore, we are going to steer her clear of hummus for a while!
She woke up this morning at 8:15 and hasn't wanted much to do with food. She ate some plain noodles for lunch along with some Pedialyte and Ginger Ale. She also took a FOUR hour nap which was amazing.
Here she is recuperating in our bed this morning.
She was a really good patient. All she wanted to do today was lay on the couch (or on Mommy) and rest.

Bless that poor baby!
ReplyDeletePoor girl (and mommy and daddy)! That's so sad.
