Daddy's Outfit

This little red outfit was Josh's outfit when he was little.  He's such a cutie!  I'm sure his daddy was just as handsome in this outfit all those years ago.

The outfit is a little snug, so he didn't last that long in it...he quickly ended up in just a diaper.

Four Generations

I am so blessed to call these three ladies my family.  Each of them have taught me so much about myself and about life.  I'm sure that Josh wishes that the first two generations taught me a little bit more about cooking...but you win, you lose some.

Although this is the worst picture of me, it is the best picture of the others.  We have attempted a picture with all four generations of women before, but they always turn out terrible.  For now, this is our best one...

Fourth Festivities

July 4 was filled with friends, family, swimming and boating...

We went to beach one day over the holiday and Emma had a great time...

Thankfully James napped in the car with my mom for about an hour while Emma and I played because he lasted about one minute like this...

...Until this happened.  Hello sand! 

And then we had to leave on this note...it's just not okay to eat sand.

James' first beach trip was very short...but he made the most of it.
