Really?

On Tuesday night we had a little surprise...our electricity went out!  Turns out a critter chewed through some important wires.  It only affected our house and the house next door.  Lucky us!  They had to replace the transformer which Josh informed me would take the workers the entire night to replace.  Therefore, with a 3 year old and me being 7 days away from giving birth, Josh swept us off to a hotel for the night.  We got a two bedroom suite so Emma could have her own room and let us all rest more peacefully.  Thankfully we got an amazing rate through Josh's work.    

Emma has stayed in a hotel once or twice before, but she was so small at the time that she has no recollection of it.  To her, this was her first hotel experience.  She LOVED it!  Josh told her it was like camping for the night.  On Wednesday morning, we went down to get breakfast and she was overjoyed with the cereal selection and the chocolate chip muffins.  She kept asking us if we could come back tomorrow.  

Here are some pictures I took of on her bed.  We had put pillows around her so she wouldn't fall and Josh told her it was like her sleeping bag.  It all went with the camping theme.  She wants to go camping again now...
